Grease

Grease is a semisolid lubricant. Greases are applied to mechanisms that can only be lubricated infrequently and where a lubricating oil would not stay in position. They also act as sealants to prevent ingress of water and incompressible materials. Grease-lubricated bearings have greater frictional characteristics due to their high viscosity.

GOLDFINCH Grease Lithium

RECOMMENDATIONS

VIP grease AP-3 are premium quality lithium base greases having a high drop point and good thermal and structural stability. these greases have high degree of resistance to oxidation and provide protection against rusting and corrosion.

GOLDFINCH APLR 50000 GREASES

It is a Lithium Complex high performance Grease conforming the requirements of ASTM D4950 standard classification.

BENEFITS

It can sustain high temperature up to 160°C whereas conventional lithium base grease can sustain 120° max.
It contains special additives which ensures optimum protection against wear, corrosion, rust and oxidation resulting long life of all the components in all the applications.
Due to its ingradients it is suitable for extreme high and low ambient temperature ranging from 50decC to 10°C

RECOMMENDATIONS

VIP APLR 50000 is designed to use in wheel bearings hubs of all vehicles, electric induction motors sealed for life bearings where durability and long life is desired. It has ability to provide trouble free service up to 50000kms in heavy duty wheel bearing greasing application.

GOLDFINCH AP3 GREASE

It is a Lithium Base Grease manufactured with refined base stock and necessary chemical additives to ensure high shear stability, antirust and antioxidant properties. It meets IS: 7623-1985 specifications.

RECOMMENDATIONS

VIP AP Grease is recommended to use in wheel bearings in automobile industries as well as it can also be used in all the applications in authomobile and industrial applications. It has good water resistant properties as well as high shear stability, antirust property, good low temperature fluidity and antioxidant properties.

GOLDFINCH Calcium Grease

CALCIUM GREASE is a smooth, buttery, calcium base grease processed from fine quality mineral oils to extend proper lubrication where they are applied to with grease gun or manually.
